2.       Action Item: Approval of minutes from April 10, 2024 meeting

a.       April 10, 2024 minutes

3.       Public Hearing: Zone Map Amendment for proposed Grand Targhee Resort Employee Housing - STAFF REPORT

The owner of Grand Targhee Resort is proposing to change the zoning of three parcels (RPA00170060060, RPA00170060070, and RPA00170060080) located along S. 5th Street from RS-7 Single & Two Family Residential zone to RM-2 Residential Multi-Family zoning in order to develop employee housing for the resort.

a.       Action: Public Hearing and Recommendation

4.       Public Hearing: Annexation and Zone Map Amendment for Lot 4B of Aspen Meadows Subdivision - STAFF REPORT

The owner of Lot 4B of the Aspen Meadows Subdivision (184 Aspen Meadows Road) is requesting to be annexed into the City. The lot is currently zoned AOI ADR-.05, Average Density and the owner is requesting to be zoned RM-2 Residential Multi-Family if the annexation is approved.

5.       Public Hearing: Harper Avenue Mixed Use District Zone Map Amendment - STAFF REPORT

The City is working with land owners in the area where Harper Avenue will be extended to the west to connect with Front Street and is coordinating a zone map amendment to change the parcels to CX Commercial Mixed Use. The current zoning of the parcels is CC Commercial Corridor and IX Industrial Flex. The City owns a portion of the project (RPA21350000020) and the owners of the other two subject parcels (RPA00000264834 and RPA00000264862) have consented to the zone map amendment.
