NOW ACCEPTING ONLINE PAYMENTS FOR NON-PROPERTY SALES TAX

The City of Driggs is now accepting Non-Property Sales Tax payments through the city’s website. This new service is in response to customer requests for faster and more convenient online payment options.

This new service will allow your business to use a banking account to electronically transfer funds to the City of Driggs for each non-property resort tax payment. At this time, we are not accepting credit card payments, only eChecks or Electronic Check Transfers are accepted.

Please follow the below instructions to ensure forms and payments are properly remitted:

  1. In the middle of the home page, under ‘Quicklinks’ will appear a green button labeled “Sales Tax Payments.” Click this tab.
  2. It will take you to the online Non-Property Sales Tax form. Fill this out just as you would in paper form.
  3. Click Submit but DO NOT STOP there if you have a payment to remit.
  4. Continue to the Xpress Bill Pay website if your payment is anything other than ZERO by clicking on the “Proceed to Payment” tab.  PLEASE NOTE: You can NOT link an already exisiting Xpress Bill Pay account.  You must continue to this page and fill out all information for the payment to be processed.  You do not need a Sales Tax account number.
  5. Enter all necessary information and submit your payment.
  6. IMPORTANT: Please note, if you have a payment to remit, you must continue through to the Xpress Bill Pay site. Otherwise, your tax return form will not be accepted by the City of Driggs. If your tax payment is zero, you do not need to continue to the Xpress Bill Pay site.
