Invitation to Bid (due 1pm, July 16) Depot Street Phase II Improvements - South Sidewalk
INVITATION TO BID
The City of Driggs, Idaho is accepting sealed bids at the business office of the City Clerk, 60 S Main St, until 1 P.M., prevailing local time, July 16, 2019 for the following project:
DEPOT STREET PHASE II IMPROVEMENTS
At 1:05 P.M. on the same day all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall Conference Room, 60 S Main Street.
The project consists of the construction of new sidewalk, ADA ramps, lighting and landscaping improvements along the south side of Depot Street between Main Street and the Huntsman Springs PUD in the City of Driggs, including striping, signage, irrigation and electrical wiring.
Bid forms, bidding instructions and conditions, contract documents, plans and specifications may be obtained at Driggs City Hall, 60 S Main Street, for a non-refundable fee of $20.00, or online at www.driggsidaho.org/bids .
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1 P.M., local time, on July 2, 2019 at Driggs City Hall, 60 S Main St.
Idaho Public Works Licenses are not required to bid but are required prior to contract award.
The City of Driggs hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 23 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability in consideration for an award.
Any objections to the contents or terms of the Specifications shall be raised five (5) days prior to bid opening or it shall be deemed to have been waived.
The City reserves that right to reject any and all bids.
