The City of Driggs, Idaho is accepting sealed bids at the business office of the City Clerk, 60 S Main St, until 1pm, prevailing local time, Wednesday, April 12th for the following project:

5th & Ross Intersection

At 1:05 P.M. on the same day all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall Conference Room, 60 S Main Street.

The project consists of the realignment of one leg of an existing four leg residential collector intersection, in the City of Driggs, Teton County, Idaho, and includes demolition of existing asphalt (approximately 1184SY), curb, gutter and sidewalk; construction of new subgrade, base, asphalt roadway, curb, gutter, sidewalks and regulatory signs; sign relocation; topsoil and seeding per project drawings and specifications. The contractor awarded the contract will be required to coordinate work and schedule with a separate water line project contractor, which is responsible for a portion of demolition and road construction, as identified in the bid schedule.

Bid forms, bidding instructions and conditions, contract documents, plans and specifications may be obtained at Driggs City Hall, 60 S Main Street, for a non-refundable fee of $20.00, or downloaded below. Interested bidders should register their intent to submit a bid by emailing in order to receive any addenda to the bid packet.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 P.M., local time, on Monday, March 27, 2017 at Driggs City Hall, 60 S Main St.

Idaho Public Works Licenses are not required to bid but are required prior to contract award.

Any objections to the contents or terms of the Specifications shall be raised five (5) days prior to bid opening or it shall be deemed to have been waived.

The City reserves that right to reject any and all bids.
