Design Review Advisory CommitteeThe Design Review Advisory Committee (DRAC) is a sub-committee of the Planning and Zoning Commission with local background and expertise in design. DRAC was formed in August of 2004 to help improve the efficiency, clarity and outcomes of the Design Review process, outlined in Appendix A of the Zoning Ordinance. DRAC reviews all site design applications for consistency with Appendix A and then forwards a recommendation to the full Planning and Zoning Commission.
